Mark Crane 8098056fce Lua freeswitch.IVRMenu object was crashed FreeSWITCH on 1.2.3 so it has been replaced by a database driven Lua solution. This actually adds a lot more flexibility that will be used in the future. It still supports stacking options and regex.
