Mark Crane 3f603e664f Default behavior before call forward on busy was if busy go to voicemail. I just re-established that default for any company wanting to simply hangup on calls when the destination is busy then set system -> variables or domain -> variables to send_to_voicemail=false. This is a better default as it would require those wanting to simply hangup to set the value to false allowing the default behavior is preserved.
