be721b1686 Default/Domain/User Settings: Uncheck the 'Check All' checkbox for a category when a subcategory item is unchecked. 
Default Settings: Hide the 'Check All' checkboxes when using the search.

f7aca7239c Extensions: Added bulk delete. 
Voicemail: Added bulk delete.  On delete, remove recordings folder, and voicemail_options, _destinations, and _greetings database records.

0deda1db2e Rolling back PHPMailer from version 5.2.14 to 5.2.2. The latest version had a problem with smtp authentication set to false it still tried to authenticate. 2016-03-15 02:58:23 -06:00

tweaked fade in/out for files elements to make them fade in sync and out

fixed fadeIn for files button as attaching to the fadeout on select
seems to be broken
