Mark Crane a514c6f95f (not forward_on_busy and originate_disposition ~= "CALL_REJECTED") needs to be optional behavior as it contradicts current behavior. My response here is complaints that the new behavior is a bug at least in some peoples eyes so needs to be a configurable option that is not forced onto those that don't want it.
