This SMS bugfix works out two issues:
* SMS permissions were not properly included. This causes SMS functionality to be inaccessible if the system implementor works out a Lua SMS implementation
* If voicemail transcription doesn't exist for the voicemail the send_sms.lua script crashes. Added a nil check to prevent this.
As the other patches, the AS alias is not supported on MariaDB/MySQL and maybe other databases as well. You do not need an alias as you are just dealing with a single table.

Requires that you have fusionpbx-apps/sms
Doesn’t impact anything if you don’t have it. Must be enabled with
default_setting voicemail_to_sms
Everything is disabled by default and the fields in voicemail_edit.php
are hidden by default.
- Adjust for single-quotes in caller_id_name on insert query (hopefully addressing Issue 877).
- If Keep Local is false, remove the recording from the file system.
- Fix Forward Destinations so message is fully copied to other extension voicemail boxes, not just emailed.
- Add script to Ext and VM Edit pages to prevent Listen or Download links being sent when Keep Local is false.
- Minor language mods.
