Mark Crane	faeee96624	Change kick and kick all to uuid_kill so that the participant's call is logged to the database. Fix recordings and the announce that the call is being recorded for the first person to join the conference. Add a permission to control the conference session 'details' column in the conference sessions so CDR link can be hidden from the user. Mark Crane	a9d5f96b00	Change external_sip_ip and external_rtp_ip from auto-nat to $${local_ip_v4}. This will work better when the system is outside of nat and better for systems that is completely inside the network. 'auto-nat' only works for those using firewalls with UPnP and PMP enabled on their firewall.
