ab929caeb6 Add a new version of ring groups. Added ability to confirm the call, call external destinations, and support for using a SIP URI in the destination. This change requires exporting the extenions defined in v_ring_group_extentions to v_ring_group_destinations. 2013-07-24 19:37:59 +00:00
