validate_returned_items() set items_returned=True whenever a row matched
a valid item from the original document, even if its qty was 0. This let
a Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, or POS Invoice return be submitted with
every line at qty=0 - a no-op document with no stock or financial effect
that still consumed a document number and linked back to the original
transaction.
Scoped to the Sales side only: items_returned now flips to True for
Sales Invoice/Delivery Note/POS Invoice only when qty (or received_qty)
is actually negative, so an all-zero sales return correctly hits the
existing "At least one item should be entered with negative quantity"
check. Purchase Invoice, Purchase Receipt, and Subcontracting Receipt
are unchanged.

Docker
Prerequisites: docker, docker-compose, git. Refer Docker Documentation for more details on Docker setup.
Run following commands:

cd frappe_docker
docker compose -f pwd.yml up -d
After a couple of minutes, site should be accessible on your localhost port: 8080. Use below default login credentials to access the site.

Development Setup
Manual Install
The Easy Way: our install script for bench will install all dependencies (e.g. MariaDB). See https://github.com/frappe/bench for more details.
New passwords will be created for the ERPNext "Administrator" user, the MariaDB root user, and the frappe user (the script displays the passwords and saves them to ~/frappe_passwords.txt).
Local
To setup the repository locally follow the steps mentioned below:

Setup bench by following the Installation Steps and start the server
bench start -
In a separate terminal window, run the following commands:
# Create a new site bench new-site erpnext.localhost -
Get the ERPNext app and install it
# Get the ERPNext app bench get-app https://github.com/frappe/erpnext # Install the app bench --site erpnext.localhost install-app erpnext -
Open the URL
http://erpnext.localhost:8000/appin your browser, you should see the app running
