feat: Guest Display Settings

- Re-arranged Settings checkboxes
- Deleted `show_availability_status` from E Commerce Settings
- Added `Hide Price for Guest` functionality
- Added Custom Redirection for Guest Actions in  E Commerce Settings
- Minor cleanups
